Step-by-step guide — from registration to your first voting protocol. The entire process takes a few minutes.
Create an account using email. Then create your organization completely free of charge — enter the name and optionally basic details. Everything takes less than 2 minutes.
The organization is an isolated space — data from one association is not visible to others. One account can be a member of multiple organizations. The fee covers technical setup and infrastructure.
As an administrator, you invite members by email. The invitation contains a registration link. After registration, the member joins the association — the admin approves access.
Members can have different roles: Member (basic access) or Admin (association management). Superadmin manages the entire platform.
Upload bylaws, minutes, accounting documents. Publish announcements for members. Everything is automatically recorded on the timeline.
Documents are organized into categories (bylaws, minutes, finances, other). Each document has an author, date, and category.
The admin creates a vote — enters title, description, closing date. Voting is non-anonymous: each vote is recorded with the voter's identifier.
Votes support quorum, categories (formal, informal) and automatic deduction. Vote changes are recorded in history.
Members see open votes in their overview. They vote with one click — FOR, AGAINST or ABSTAIN. In the discussion forum, they can discuss proposals.
The system shows interim results (informative, not binding). Members see if they voted and can change their vote until closing.
The admin closes the vote. The system generates a protocol with results, quorum and timestamps. The protocol is available for download in PDF and JSON.
The protocol is an internal document — not official. Legal validity depends on the organization's bylaws. Records remain in the archive.
