Add members via email invitation — just a few clicks.
Go to Management → Members and click Invite member.
Enter the member's email address. The system will send an invitation with a registration link.
Invitations are valid for 7 days. After expiration, a new one can be sent.
Each invited member receives the Member role — the admin can change the role later.
Set up a new vote with options and deadline.
In the Voting section, click New vote.
Fill in the title, description, and add options (minimum 2).
Set the start and end date and time of the vote.
Results are available after closing. The admin can view the detailed protocol.
The timeline shows key organization events chronologically.
The Timeline is an automatically generated overview of important events.
It records: creation and closing of votes, document uploads, membership changes, administrative decisions.
Each entry contains the date, time, action type, and who performed the action.
The timeline is read-only — it cannot be edited.
Export personal data or organization data — easily and anytime.
Personal export: Go to Profile and click Export my data.
Organization export (admin only): Under Management → Exports.
Exporting your personal data is your right under GDPR (Art. 20 — right to data portability).
Overview of member permissions in the system.
Members see: organization dashboard, active and completed votes, shared documents, timeline, and announcements.
Members can: vote in open votes, download documents, export their personal data, manage their profile.
Members cannot: change organization settings, invite new members, create votes, upload documents, or view admin audit logs.
